In addition to the actual extraction, a complete plant includes roasting, weighing, grinding, flavour recovery, extract clarification, concentration, standardisation and drying of the extract. Design, construction and commissioning therefore require highly specialised knowledge and expertise. For these reasons, our Vietnamese customer Tran Quang decided in favour of a DEVEX extraction plant for their new factory.
